Jr. Helpdesk Analyst
Contego Tech Solutions has opportunities for a Jr. Helpdesk Analyst with a college education in Information Technology. Contego provides IT infrastructure and integrated software solutions to a broad range of clients in Canada.

As a member of our support team, the Helpdesk Analyst at Contego will be our front-line contact for our customers and will solve first tier problems and document complex issues to pass along to our support team. They will also learn standard processes perform PC builds and be responsible for regular processes. The team meets regularly to discuss issues and balance work so that everyone keeps a work life balance.
Contego partners with tier one vendors to provide best of breed solutions to our customers. We provide online support logging for our customers and management tools to monitor and fix issues before our customers see any effects.
